How a water damage rebuild works
- Mitigation first. The water has to be stopped and the structure dried out. If a mitigation company has already been through, we pick up where they left off.
- Walkthrough and estimate. We inspect the damage, measure, photograph everything and build a detailed rebuild estimate.
- Insurance review. We compare our scope with your adjuster’s and point out anything that was missed, so the claim covers the full repair.
- Rebuild. Drywall, flooring, cabinets, trim and paint, scheduled so you’re back in your space as soon as possible.
- Final walkthrough. We walk the finished work with you and close out the punch list.

Common questions
Do you do water extraction and drying?
No. We are the rebuild contractor. Drying is done by a mitigation company, and we coordinate with them so the rebuild can start as soon as the house is dry.
Can I pick my own contractor if insurance is paying?
In most cases, yes. You choose who rebuilds your home. We work with your adjuster on the scope and pricing.
What if the adjuster’s estimate is too low?
We document what is actually needed and send the adjuster the details on anything their scope left out, so the repair is done right.
